I have trouble trying to do proper citations or even paraphrasing. I do try hard to do it correctly because I believe in giving credit where credit is due. I know how much trouble I have finding information to work on my papers and if someone were to just get the info I found and used it as their own would make me upset. It takes a few minutes to just jot down where you retrieved the information.

Hi Rachel - knowing that you need to cite others' work is half the battle. Getting the citations correctly formatted is definitely the second step!
